The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. Within 2 days of booking, guests are required to provide the names and ages of all guests; proof of address and a valid ID for the lead guest. All guests must agree to The Edinburgh Address terms and conditions. The Edinburgh Address Ltd manages the booking on behalf of the property owner, who provides the accommodation. Guests should inform the Property Manager of their expected arrival time in advance, either via the Special Requests box or by contacting them directly. Hen, stag, or similar parties are not permitted. The property is protected by Truvi, and verification is mandatory. Guests must complete a quick ID and selfie verification after booking. This must be completed at least 2 weeks before check-in. Guests must choose one of the following two options: 1. £500 damage deposit: the amount is pre-authorized on a credit card and released within 14 days after departure (subject to no accidental damage). It includes a £10 processing fee (may vary depending on exchange rates). 2. £35 damage waiver: this amount is non-refundable and covers accidental damages up to £500. Any excess damage will be charged separately via Truvi. Parking is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. For bookings made more than 7 days before arrival, we will confirm and reserve 1 parking space. For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, parking availability will be confirmed on requestPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
