If a party or excessive noise results in complaints from neighbours, the body corporate, or police involvement, this will be treated as a major breach of house rules. Consequences include full bond forfeiture, an additional charge of AUD 3000, and immediate termination of the booking without refund. Please note that smoking will incur an additional charge of AUD 1000. Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Please note that if security is required to attend the property, the first call-out will incur a fee of AUD 250. A second call-out will result in an AUD 500 fee and immediate eviction from the property, with no refund. If you require an extra bed, you must notify the property 48 hours in advance.
