If the guest gives short notice of a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en route or on-site but unable to proceed with cleaning, due to a guest remaining at the property, a GBP 35 per hour late check-out fee will be incurred in addition to the cleaning fee. Quiet hours after 23:00. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee. Strictly no stag or hen parties The property has a strict no-smoking policy. If signs of smoking cause damage, an additional fee will be incurred. Upon access, a list of waste management rules will be provided. If these are not followed, a fee will be charged. A standard late check-out fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
