The Roof Terrace fire place can be used for GBP 15 to be deducted from security deposit, and logs can be delivered by prior arrangement for GBP 15 per bag .
The apartment is monitored by a security system that tracks noise levels and monitors how many mobile devices are in the property. An alarm system is in place to alert the property owner if the noise level rises and the number of mobile devices rises above the number of guests booked so it is important that you notify us if you are planning on having visitors to the apartment. CCTV monitors the entrance and outside areas of the property.
Could you kindly provide us with your estimated time of arrival and departure? Please keep in mind that standard check-in is from 15:00pm to 17.30pm and check out is until 11:00am.
If you have not stayed at the property before, our company policy is a meet and greet service to take identification on arrival.
If you are unable to arrive between 15:00pm - 17.30pm we have an out of hours charge to cover the over heads of staff and travel.
A check in from 17.30pm - 20.00pm is £35.00 and a check in from 20:00pm - 22:00pm is £55.00.
We do not offer a check in later than 22:00 hours.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
