Your new home is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. Check-in after 8:00 PM has a supplement of €25. Baby cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the reservation and must specify the duration of the stay, clearly stating that the purpose of the rental is not permanent occupancy, nor use as a habitual residence. It must also include the tenant’s permanent address and the reason for the rental. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
