Only temporary reservations are allowed; short stays are not permitted. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, as it is a temporary rental. Please note that this property is not a tourist apartment. Tenants must sign a temporary rental agreement upon arrival. This contract complies with all its clauses with the conditions of your Booking reservation. Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent; the bill amount will be borne by the guest. Please note that if your arrival date is the same day you made your reservation, the property cannot guarantee the apartment will be ready for check-in before 17:30. Cots are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 35 per stay.
