All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) requests are subject to approval and confirmation by the property before the booking is made (use the contact the property functionality). For check-in between 19 o'clock and 20 o'clock there is an additional fee of 15€. For check-in between 20 o'clock and 21 o'clock there is an additional fee of 30€. Check-in after 21 o'clock are not possible even by paying a supplement. The late check-in fee has to be paid in advance by using a payment link or a QR code provided by the accommodation. All guests must be present at the check-in. The accommodation is not authorized to provide breakfast and/or other meals. Please note that air conditioning is available from 01 June until 15 September (fee applies). This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
