General Terms & Conditions Quiet Hours: Strict quiet hours are enforced daily from 23:00 to 07:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30 to respect neighbors. Cleaning Service: Provided free of charge only upon check-in. Additional cleaning during your stay is available on request for an extra fee. Room Service: No room service is available at the property. Smoking Policy: The property is strictly non-smoking. Pet Policy: No pets are allowed on the premises. Parties & Occupancy: Parties and events are strictly forbidden. Booking fees are calculated per person; any unregistered visitors entering or staying at the property will result in extra charges. Check-In: Standard check-in is at 15:30. Early check-in is subject to availability and incurs an additional fee. Check-Out: Standard check-out is at 11:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and incurs an additional fee. Damages & Missing Items: Guests will be held financially responsible and must compensate the property for any damages or missing items. Security Deposit: A pre-authorization hold of €300 will be placed on your credit card at check-in as a damage guarantee. No funds are deducted unless damage occurs. Climate Resilience Tax: A mandatory tax of €8 per night must be paid upon arrival, unless it has already been included in your booking total. Minors Policy: Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or provide official written authorization. The parent or guardian assumes full financial and behavioral liability for the minor.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
