The property operates a self-check-in system and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. You will receive a precheck-in to fill out and an email containing your arrival information via email 2 days prior to your arrival, sent after 2pm. If you have booked within 3 days to arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system. If you do not receive this information, please contact the property immediately. Identification (Passport or ID) will be requested of guests. the property cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try its best to do so wherever possible. The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 persons and do not allow additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds and no cots for additional guests. Please note the weekly service cleans are carried out for stays that are 8 days or more. The cleaning will not be carried out if the guest is in the room.
