When planning your stay at Seaside Luxury Villa, please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. Your rental fee includes a complimentary allowance of 30 kWh of electricity per night. Should you exceed this limit, an additional charge of €0.40 per kWh will apply. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out to monitor usage. If you would like to use the heated pool during your stay, please request this service at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. Please be aware that an extra fee will apply, and a minimum booking of 5 nights is required. The cost of heating the pool is not included in your electricity allowance. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please note that the property does not permit hen, stag, or similar parties. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. A damage deposit of €350 is required, payable to the property 14 days before your arrival. This deposit will be reimbursed within 14 days of your check-out, provided that the property passes inspection. Refunds will be processed via credit card.
