Key collection is available from 3 PM at the lockbox in the Circle on Cavill retail area (9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise). All guests must complete our secure Online CheckIn prior to arrival to receive key collection details. This includes ID and card verification and payment of the security deposit. Only the booking holder, or a nominated secondary guest (over 18) may collect the keys. As checkin/out out is contactless, luggage storage is not available. We strictly do not permit cancellations, refunds, or date changes once payment is received. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance. A strict no smoking policy applies within all apartments. Circle on Cavill apartments feature a split system AC that cools the living area or the bedrooms, but not both simultaneously. Apartments are individually furnished. Photos are for reference; decor, furniture, and layout may vary. Daily housekeeping is not included. Self contained apartments have laundry facilities and an initial supply of essentials, which will not be replenished. WowStay is an independent accommodation provider, separate from the building's on-site management. The building management oversees all facilities, common areas, and parking, and WowStay cannot assist with issues related to these aspects.
