At least 1 guest per room must be aged 18 years or older. Infants will be counted as a guest. This property does not accommodate parties. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. An additional charge of penalty of £150.00 will incur if signs of smoking have been found. If deep cleaning is needed after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning. Guests must sign the property rental contract prior to check-in via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request, subject to approval and will incur an additional charge of £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed.
