Unlocking service before 18:00: 25 EUR / after 18:00: 80 EUR. Unauthorized late check-out: 50 EUR. No parties or loud activities. Quiet hours are 22:00 to 06:00. Violations may result in a 300 EUR fine. Please avoid moving furniture. If extra rearranging is needed after check-out, a minimum 20 EUR fee may apply. Lockbox with keys is located 450 meters from the apartment building. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
