Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property upon arrival. Please note that the unit includes free gas/electricity for up to 28 nights. For stays of more than 28 nights, gas/electricity usage will be charged separately. Only temporary reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, only for temporary rentals. Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. Guests must sign the property rental contract prior to check-in.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
