This property is approved for accommodation only. Tents, caravans, additional mattresses, excess vehicles, motorbikes, quad bikes, firearms, air rifles and fireworks are strictly prohibited. Electric vehicles may only be charged at properties with a dedicated EV charging station. Unauthorised charging poses a safety risk and may affect insurance coverage. Bookings of 21 nights or more require a refundable cash security deposit from $2,000, with higher amounts applying to some properties. We will never ask you to make payments to an overseas bank account. Funds are securely held and not disbursed until after your departure.This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
