If signs of smoking cause damage, an additional fee will be incurred. Upon access, a list of waste management rules will be provided. If these are not followed, a fee will be charged. A standard late check-out fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or our cleaners are already en route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
