If the names do not match, you will be required to provide a photo of the cardholders valid ID, and proof of payment, such as a screenshot of the transaction showing our merchant name, payment amount and process dates (please corp or mark sensitive account information or other transactions) from your bank account or payment provider (not from the booking platform).
