Damage deposit
A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Guests must be aged 25 or over and are required to provide a copy of their photo identification and payment card upon check-in, otherwise you may be refused entry. Luggage storage before check-in/after check-out is not available. Please note that the property Guest Assistance Team is currently available Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00, and Saturday and Sunday between 09:00 and 15:00. Guests are responsible for their visitors and non-residents will not be allowed access to the apartments after 23:00.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
