Please note that late check-in after 22:30 until 01:00 has an additional fee of EUR 25. After 17:00 it is mandatory to inform the hour of arrival so that a staff member will be at the guesthouse to perform the check-in. Please note that all reservations of 4 and more rooms will be charged 25% of the total amount. This amount is not refundable even in case of cancellation. Please note that this property is located on the 4th floor of a building with no lift.
