Please note that this is a beautiful villa in tropical Koh Samui, Thailand. Despite regular professional cleaning and pest control, occasional lizards (geckos), small insects, or flying bugs may appear. These are completely harmless, common throughout the island, and actually beneficial as they naturally control mosquitoes and other pests. They are a normal part of tropical living and not a sign of poor maintenance. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is on to minimize entry. Update from 08/2026 onwards: Please note due to the ongoing water shortage on Koh Samui, the Provincial Waterworks Authority has asked everyone to help conserve water and the government water is scheduled to flow only in certain days for selected locations. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in using water sparingly during your stay, as well your understanding in a case the water should stop flowing.
