So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check-in and check-out and charged at THB9.0 per unit plus 7% VAT. Average daily consumption, based on 4 people sharing, would equate to THB100 per person per day. A copy of all passports is required before or upon check-in to comply with Thai law.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
