House Rules STRICTLY No Smoking inside the property - Evidence of smoking, including cigarettes in the bin or out the window, will result in an additional £250 cleaning fee. STRICTLY No Parties or Events - this is a quiet, residential area with families and any evidence of a party will result in an additional £250 cleaning fee. Please respect our neighbours, many of them have lived here for years. Please do not make significant noise or play loud music after 10pm. No smoking, vaping, candles or incense burners permitted (the candles are decorative). Please clean your dishes and leave them out to dry and place any waste in the bin, such as leftover food etc. Towels provided must not be used for removal of make-up, dirt etc. Additional cleaning charges of up to £250 will be charged if breached. No parties, outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval from us. Additional cleaning and accommodation charges of up to £250 will be charged if breached. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. If you break or damage something, please do let us know immediately and so we can arrange for its replacement or repair.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
