IMPORTANT REMINDER: The Electricity consumed during your stay is not included in the rate which cost 5 baht per unit. The check-in time is from 15:00 PM to 18:00 PM. If you wish to check-in earlier, you can do depending on the availability. Please note there is an extra fee of 1,000 THB if you check-in after 18:00PM or before 08:00 AM. Late check-out depends on the availability on your check-out day with charge and will be organized with the villa attendant. Please be advised to prepare a security deposit of 12,000 baht or equivalent to your home currency as stated on the booking. This amount will be returned upon checking out.
