A damage deposit of $500 is collected by bank transfer. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer within 7 days of checkout if there's no damage to the property, booking policy has been followed and no extra guests have stayed. Please note that when booking for 4 guests, you will have access to 2 bedrooms. If you are booking for 4 guests and require access to 3 bedrooms, additional charges will apply. When booking for 5-6 guests you will have access to bedrooms 1 and 2 and 1 double bed (in bedroom 3), when booking for 7 guests you will book an extra single bed, 8 guests a trundle bed etc.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
