All guests attending are required to send a copy of a photo ID to the property prior to their arrival. Please note that the credit card holder's name must match the guest's name. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance at using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. An authorisation form will be e-mailed to you to be filled in, signed by card holder and then e-mailed back to the property along with a copy of card holder ID. For security reasons, the property may contact guests prior to arrival to request a method of card verification. Guests are advised that the same card that was used to make the booking must be presented at check-in. Guests must also produce the ID that matches the name on the payment card. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Please note that the property operates a strict no party policy. Guests found to be having parties on the premises will be charged an additional fee. Please note that guests from the local area cannot be accommodated at the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
