Please note that if you are two guests and would like separate rooms, there is an additional charge of EUR 40 per night. Lost keys will incur a EUR 50 charge. Special requests that are not communicated 48 hours in advance and require the property to come to the property will incur a EUR 30 charge. For departures before 8:00 AM, the security deposit will be refunded via bank transfer. Any bank fees incurred for this refund will be the guest's responsibility. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
