You will receive an email to provide these details online. • Online check-in must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival date, including the tourist tax and security deposit. Upon Arrival: • There will be no personal to welcome you at the apartment. • You access to the building with a link and the apartment with a code. • Access instructions for the apartment will be provided one day before your arrival, only if the online check-in is completed. Additional Rules: • Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the number originally booked. • Respecting Neighbors: Please avoid excessive noise at all times to respect neighboring residents. • Responsibility for the Apartment: You are responsible for returning the apartment and all its furnishings and equipment in good condition upon departure. • Lost Keys: €40 per set of missing keys. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate eviction without any refund. Other Highlights: • Basic products like salt, oil, sugar, or detergent are not provided. • Bed linen and towels are supplied for all guests. • Extra pillows, blankets, or exchanges of towels and bed linen are not provided. • Daily cleaning is not provided. Two toilet paper rolls and shower soap are provided as a courtesy; these products are not replaced.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
