Set in different locations in Barcelona’s Eixample District, air-conditioned apartments at ClassBedroom Eixample Free Apartments offer flat-screen TVs. Modern and bright, all apartments include a living-dining room and a bathroom. Their kitchens are equipped with a microwave, hob and fridge. Some also have an oven and dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are provided. Many bars, shops and restaurants can be found near to all the apartments. Barcelona’s lively Gracia District is within 20 minutes’ walk of all the apartments, and much closer to some. An airport shuttle service can be arranged upon request and for an extra charge. Trains to Barcelona Airport leave from Passeig de Gracia Station, also within a 20-minute walk of the different apartments. Renovations are taking place outside the building. Noise may occur during daytime hours. Online Check-in: • As required by Barcelona law, all occupants’ data must be registered. You will receive an email to provide these details online. • Online check-in must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival date, including the tourist tax and security deposit. •A damage deposit hold of €300 is required, payable by credit card before your arrival. This deposit will be released in full via credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection. Upon Arrival: • There will be no personal to welcome you at the apartment. • You access to the building with a link and the apartment with a code. • Access instructions for the apartment will be provided one day before your arrival, only if the online check-in is completed. Additional Rules: • Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the number originally booked. • Respecting Neighbours: Please avoid excessive noise at all times to respect neighbouring residents. • Responsibility for the Apartment: You are responsible for returning the apartment and all its furnishings and equipment in good condition upon departure. • Lost Keys: €40 per set of missing keys. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate eviction without any refund. Other Highlights: • Basic products like salt, oil, sugar, or detergent are not provided. • Bed linen and towels are supplied for all guests. • Extra pillows, blankets, or exchanges of towels and bed linen are not provided. • Daily cleaning is not provided. Two toilet paper rolls and shower soap are provided as a courtesy; these products are not replaced.
