If you are arriving after 6:00 PM or before 9:00 AM, please contact us prior to check-in. The security code will only be released once your identity has been verified. If you require a car parking space or wish to bring a pet, you must contact us in advance to obtain approval. A private paid car parking space is available at $30 AUD per day, subject to availability and requires a separate booking. Payment is required prior to release of parking information and access details. Building facilities include a swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, library, and residents lounge. A mandatory induction is required to access these facilities. Inductions are available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you are arriving on a weekend and wish to access facilities, please contact us in advance to make prior arrangements. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
