Online check-in requires: A scanned copy of an official identity document (passport, DNI/NIE for Spanish residents, or national ID for EU citizens). A selfie for identity verification. This information is mandatory and will be submitted to local authorities as required by law in Alicante. Guests who do not complete the online check-in cannot be guaranteed check-in outside of standard hours. How Your Data Is Stored and Protected Secure Storage: All personal data is stored in a secure, encrypted system with access restricted to authorized personnel only. Access Controls: Only staff responsible for legal compliance and law enforcement authorities can access this data. Transmission Security: Information is transmitted using encrypted channels to prevent unauthorized interception. Data Retention and Deletion Your identification data will be retained only for the legally required period in accordance with Spanish law. Typically, this is up to 1 year for police reporting and compliance purposes. After the retention period, all data will be securely deleted from our systems. How Your Data is Used This data is NOT used for marketing, promotions, or any commercial purposes. It is only shared with local law enforcement authorities as required by law. We do not sell, rent, or disclose personal information to third parties. Guest Rights & Data Access Requests Guests have the right to: Request a copy of their stored data before it is deleted.
