These additional charges may be deducted from your bond/security deposit. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Failure to comply will result in additional fees. No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted at this property. Failure to comply will result in your booking being cancelled without refund. As such you will be required to leave the property, regardless of time of day/night. Quiet Time: Please keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 8am. Please be mindful of your neighbours when using outdoor entertaining areas and pools. No amplified noise allowed at any time. Maximum Number of Guests: No more than the number of guests you have booked for may be at the property at any time. Parking: Please only park in designated spots. Please do not block driveways Security: Please ensure the property is fully secured when not at the home and upon check out. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 1,000 is required. The host charges this before arrival. This will be collected by credit card.
