Guests must sign the property rental contract at check-in. For stays of more than 28 days, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note that if your arrival date coincides with the same day you made the reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 PM. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the accommodation. Please note that children under 18 travelling without their parents must present a written statement with a copy of the parent or legal guardian's passport. Please note that there is only one air conditioner in the living room; the bedrooms are equipped with fans. Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
