🛎️ Easy online self check-in process: 1–2 days before arrival, you'll receive a secure online check-in form to fill out. After submitting the form, you'll receive your check-in details, along with recommendations for the neighborhood. Shortly before arrival, you'll receive the key lockbox PIN code and access instructions. ⏰ For last-minute bookings with same-day check-in, please allow at least one hour after making a reservation for us to prepare everything for you and for you to complete the online check-in process. 🔑 By default, one set of keys is provided per stay. Please do not lose the keys. For safety and convenience, we recommend leaving them in the key lockbox whenever you go out to the city. Please note that a EUR 50 replacement fee applies if the keys are lost or damaged. 🏛️ Accommodation/city tax is already included in the booking price. 🚭 Non-smoking apartment. For the comfort and well-being of all our guests and residents, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the apartment or anywhere within the building.
