A Self Check-In e-mail invitation will be sent 24 hours prior to the guest arrival. Guests can only check in between 11am and 23:30pm on the arrival day.
Once a fully completed Self Check-In form is received, the entry access codes and the number of the apartment will be shared with the guest by e-mail. Codes are made active from 3pm on the arrival day and only after the payment has been verified and the reservation paid for in full.
Guests are required to show a photo ID on the arrival at the property.
The security deposit of £350 is required at the time of making the reservation. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, providing that the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition and that no smoking or party activities have been detected.
The payment for the accommodation and the deposit can only be made via 2 factor secured authentication payment link, which will be sent by e-mail.
In the event that guests do not comply with our House Rules and T&Cs, the accommodation will be terminated immediately, entry access codes deactivated and unruly guests will be evicted from the property. No refund will be granted and the eviction cost will be charged to the guest’s credit or debit card.
For the same day arrivals, Self Check-in invitation will be emailed shortly after the reservation has been made, followed by the property access codes. These will be made active only when the payment has been verified and Self Check-In submitted.
Only registered guests can stay at the property, providing that the house rules are fully observed. No visitors are permitted.
Any guests who are found occupying the apartment but are not registered guests of City2Stay Ltd. will be immediately evicted from the property. No refund will be granted and additional charges may apply.
