Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior agreement and availability: up to 2 hours is complimentary, up to 4 hours costs 25% of the last night's rate, and up to 8 hours costs 50%. For more than 8 hours, an additional night must be booked. Please complete the Cyprus Holiday Club Guest App check-in form before arrival. Andrey, the owner's father who lives next door, will contact guests directly on WhatsApp to arrange arrival, key collection and departure. His contact details are provided in the welcome message. If a personal welcome is not possible at the arrival time, he will arrange key collection directly. Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is not available. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Parties or events, smoking and vaping inside the villa are not permitted. Smoking outdoors is allowed with doors closed. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00; please respect the neighbours. A baby cot with bedding and a high chair are available free of charge. Please request both before arrival. Small and medium-sized, well-behaved and house-trained pets are welcome subject to prior approval. Please contact the property before booking. The pet fee is EUR 50 per pet per stay. Pets must not be allowed on beds or sofas, and guests must clean up after them. The garden and pool area are enclosed by perimeter fencing, but the swimming pool itself is not separately fenced. Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the swimming pool, BBQ area and rooftop terrace. Please close gates after entering or leaving. A built-in charcoal BBQ and utensils are provided; charcoal and fire starters are not guaranteed. Never leave the BBQ unattended and fully extinguish the fire before leaving the area or going to bed. Leave the BBQ reasonably clean and follow local fire-safety regulations. Switch off air conditioning, lights and appliances when leaving, and keep doors and windows closed while air conditioning is running. Use water responsibly. Nothing, including toilet paper, may be flushed; use the bins provided. Before departure, wash dishes or start the dishwasher, dispose of rubbish in the outdoor bins and leave the villa reasonably tidy. There is no need to strip beds or clean the villa. Please report any problems or damage promptly. Significant damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged through the booking platform in accordance with its policies.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
