Please note that the reception in closed on 25 December. Check-in and check-out are possible by prior arrangement only.
The reception desk is open between 08:00-20:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00-18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Check-in is between 14:00 and 18:00 Monday to Saturday. Check-in outside these hours and at weekends is by appointment only, giving at least 24 hours notice. Check-out is before 12 noon.
All apartment, front door, garage and safe keys must be returned to the reception on check-out. If you fail to do so, the property may charge you for a replacement key or a replacement lock as required. In the event that a key is not returned after check-out you will be requested to contact the property and make arrangements for the keys to be returned.
The cost of early check-in or late check-out is £300. Please note that this charge can be waived off in certain cases so please contact the hotel for more information.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
