### Acceptance of Terms### By booking our flat, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in additional charges **Damages**: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Costs for damages will be assessed and charged **Early check-in or late check-out** may be arranged upon request for £30  **Additional Cleaning**: If the flat is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee of £100 will be charged ** Please drop off the key at the Key pick up box ** Lost Keys fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys to cover the cost of replacement and locksmith services. **Fire Safety**: Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire extinguishers. In case of a fire, follow the emergency exit plan provided **Personal Belongings**: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure **Contact Information** For any questions or concerns during your stay, please contact us through the booking platform messaging system  *No Smoking:* Smoking is not allowed inside the flat. This is a residential area, when smoking outside, please avoid smoking at the neighbour's window. **Lock Doors and Windows**: For your safety, please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property. **Fire Safety**: Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire extinguishers. Please keep your belongings secure.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
