Please inform us of your flight details and expected arrival time well in advance. Guests are required to show their original passport upon check-in. Minimum age for guests allowed to stay at the apartment is 16 years. Check in times are between 7:00 to 17:00. Late check-in after 17:00 until 21:00 can be arranged at additional cost, payable in cash at check-in. Please note that check in after 21:00 is not possible as there is no reception desk and nobody will be there to let you in. Therefore if guests arrive after 21:00 they must find alternative accommodation for the night and then check in the next day between 8:00 and 9:00 at the latest. Check out time before 10:00. Utilities usage (electricity and water) will be charged separately at check out. A damage deposit of THB 10,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
