- This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. - Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. - Guests are required to complete an online pre-check-in. Shortly after booking, guests will receive a secure URL link to a trusted third-party guest portal and online pre-check-in service. - All information provided is encrypted under GDPR rules, and the property management company does not have direct access to sensitive information, such as card details. - If guests do not receive the portal on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. - Guests are required to provide a valid photo ID and credit card prior to check-in. - A security deposit of £100 is required. This will be collected by credit card via a temporary pre-authorisation 24 hours before check-in. You should be reimbursed within 3 days after departure. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. - Guests will need to sign and agree to a rental agreement, which will also be processed through the guest pre-check-in portal. - Please note that Special Requests are available through the guest portal or directly with the property management company, subject to availability.
