Cots are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 30 per stay. Guests must sign the property's temporary rental contract prior to check-in. The pool is seasonally open from mid-June to mid-September. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in. Parties and similar events are not allowed in this accommodation. A smartphone with internet access is required to enter the apartment. Tenants will be required to sign a temporary rental agreement. This contract aligns with the original booking conditions and specifies the duration of the stay, confirming that the purpose of the rental is not permanent occupancy or primary residence. It must include the tenant’s permanent address (where they are officially registered) and the reason for the rental. Please note that if you book the apartment on the same day as your arrival, we cannot guarantee it will be ready in time for check-in before 5:30pm Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
