The lead guest must be over 25 years old. Within 2 days of booking, please provide the names and ages of all guests, along with proof of address and a valid ID for the lead guest. Guests must also agree to The Edinburgh Address terms and conditions. The Edinburgh Address Ltd manages bookings on behalf of the Property Owner. The property owner provides the accommodation. Please let your Property Manager know your expected arrival time in advance. You can add this in the Special Requests box when booking or contact them directly using the details in your confirmation. Hen, stag or similar parties are not permitted. This property is protected by Truvi (formerly SuperHog). After booking, you’ll be asked to complete a quick verification using a valid ID and selfie. You’ll then choose one of the following: - £500 damage deposit: a pre-authorisation on your credit card, released within 14 days of departure. This will incur a £10 processing fee (equivalent amount may vary outside the UK, depending on exchange rates). - £35 damage waiver: a non-refundable option covering accidental damages up to £500. For damages exceeding this amount, the lead guest will be contacted by Truvi to cover the excess. Truvi verification must be completed at least two weeks before check-in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
