Loud music, pets, and smoking are prohibited on the property. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without a refund. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests from smoking outside designated areas will incur a charge. The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the damages deposit as agreed before your check-in. A damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check-in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking. This property does not feature a reception desk. A designated staff member will meet guests on the property at a pre-scheduled time to provide a key. All requests for late arrival after 19:00 are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in as follows: GBP 50 from 19:00 to 21:59 GBP 90 from 22:00 onward Guests are required to send a copy of their identification (passport, driving licence, or ID) prior to their arrival. Please note that the credit card used to make the booking is required at check-in. If you require a cot or a high chair, you must notify the property before your arrival. Family-Friendly Accommodation • This property is exclusively for families. • The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. Payment: • For reservations valued over GBP 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.
