Please note that for bookings of 2 guests, the property is prepared with one bedroom as standard. If guests require the use of both bedrooms, please inform the property in advance. An additional fee of GBP 25 for linen and cleaning applies when the second bedroom is requested for a 2-guest reservation. For bookings of 3 or more guests, both bedrooms will be prepared automatically. This is a two-bedroom property; both rooms are prepared and included in all reservations. Should only one room be required, we kindly invite guests to use only one room, where possible, as part of our eco-friendly approach. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
