It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that there is a 1.3% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 1.6% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note that this property requires an AUD 1000 credit card pre-authorization prior to check in to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. Where these costs exceed the amount of the security deposit, the guests credit card will be debited for the excess amount. This amount will be released after inspection of the accommodations within 3-7 working days of check out. Please note that the number of guests should not exceed the maximum number of occupants.
