Once the booking is confirmed, we will require a copy of the guest's ID, along with a selfie photo of the guest holding it. A valid credit card is necessary for the damage deposit bond, which will be authorised 2-3 days before your arrival. Kindly acknowledge and sign the terms and conditions before your arrival. Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your booking. Please note that the property can accommodate only guests aged 25 or older, unless accompanied by an adult over 25. Additionally, there is a non-refundable 3.5% credit card fee for all credit card payments. The booking deposit will be charged immediately after booking.
