Damage deposit
A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Important information

An additional charge of 50% of the previous night price will be applied if the check-out is in delay of 60 minutes or more. If the parking permit is not returned on the day of check-out, GBP 50 will be deducted from the deposit. Parties, smoking and loud music will result in the total loss of the damage deposit. There is a CCTV camera in the lobby to check how many people enter the flat. Please do not disconnect the camera at any time during your stay, if you do, you will have to vacate the property. Any and all deposit deductions will incur a £50 administrative fee, on top of the cost to replace like-for-like any missing or damaged items, plus 3.9% payment processor fee.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
