For security purposes, guests are required to provide a valid photo ID and the card used to make the booking. Third-party bookings may require additional verification. Damage Deposit A £250 refundable damage deposit is required before arrival and will be securely held on a credit card. The deposit will be released within 7 days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Lost Keys Please take care of the property keys during your stay. Lost keys or emergency call-outs may incur a £50 replacement or attendance fee. Noise & Respect for Neighbours Cozy Brighton Escape Countryside Views & Parking is located within a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbours at all times. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties & Events Parties, stag/hen groups, and events are not permitted at the property. Support During Your Stay While there is no on-site reception, the Airhost team is always available remotely and happy to assist with anything you may need during your stay.
