Further terms and conditions apply to group bookings of 2 or more apartments and/or guests booking with a Bristol postcode where we reserve the right to request a security deposit of a pre-determined fee. Vans and commercial vehicles are not permitted in the car parks at this location. On street parking is free of charge. A credit/debit card is required for payment of any additional services and/or to be held as security. A payment link or card verification request will be emailed for guest completion if they elect to pay accommodation fees directly to booking.com. If this is not provided your booking may be cancelled. The property reserves the right to request that guests vacate their apartment immediately if any of the terms and conditions/house rules are broken. YSB reserve the right to request a security deposit of up to £500.00 per apartment for group bookings (2 or more apartments) and/or guests booking with a Bristol or surrounding area postcode (within 40 miles).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
