As part of our commitment to maintaining a high standard across all Rested Stay properties, guests are required to choose one of the following property protection options prior to arrival: • £250 Refundable Security Deposit A fully refundable security deposit which will be released following checkout, subject to the property being left in accordance with our booking terms and conditions. OR • £100 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver A non-refundable property protection fee which covers accidental minor damages during your stay, providing a lower upfront cost and no post-stay refund wait times. Please note that both options must be completed prior to check-in. You will receive a secure payment link within 7 days of your arrival date allowing you to complete your chosen option quickly and safely. Failure to complete either option before check-in may result in the reservation being cancelled in line with our booking terms. Please note that neither option covers smoking within the property, parties/events, missing items, excessive cleaning, unauthorised guests, or intentional/reckless damage, which may still result in additional charges being applied where necessary.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
