Guests are required to send a photo identification and credit card before check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. We reserve the right to charge an EXTRA cleaning fee of £50 or more IF the apartment is left in an extremely unsatisfactory condition (including but not limited to excessive dirt, trash, stains, markings, moulds, foul odour, etc). This will be deducted from your security deposit and will be clearly communicated to you. - Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee - Strictly no stag or hen parties - Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage) - A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged - Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. - If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
